Where do you ship?
We ship to Nassau and all Family Islands within The Bahamas through MailBoats.
Kindly mention your prefered boat details in you shipping address accordingly.
Do you ship outside of the Bahamas?
Not at this time currently.
Why do you not ship Internationally?
Due to the high freight costs, complicated customs procedures and time required, we have decided not to pursue this venture.
What payment methods do you accept?
Option 1 Pay online via credit card. (Needs Verification at the time of first purchase)
Option 2 Pay at the store when you choose in-store pickup.
Option 3 Other payment methods include Bank transfers or Cash.
How much is shipping within the Bahamas?
Orders $140 or more have free delivery. Under $140, there is a $15 delivery fee. Family island customers will be responsible for the boat freight from Nassau.
What happens after I place my order?
You will get an automated confirmation email saying that we have received your order.
Your order will usually be processed the same day assuming it is placed during normal business hours.
Otherwise, it will be processed the very next business day. Our store representative will contact you (usually the next business day) regarding your order and arrange payment and shipping details with you.
When will I get my order?
We will ship out your order for delivery as soon as we confirm payment.
Depending on your location in The Bahamas, the shipment times will vary.
Nassau customers usually receive their orders the next business day while family island customers will vary depending on the boat schedules.
We only do deliveries on weekdays only (Monday – Friday).
Why should I trust you?
We are an established business with multiple stores in Nassau, Bahamas. If you do not feel comfortable placing your order online, feel free to call in your order at any of our locations.
What are your hours?
Our store hours are different and are located on the bottom of the main page. The website business hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST.
Do you deliver to Boats?
Yes we do. Please allow one business day for delivery in Nassau. If you are not in Nassau, we will deliver to the freight vessel going to your closest port. We offer free delivery to the Nassau port and any freight charges from Nassau will be your responsibility.
If I am tourist visiting Nassau, will you deliver to our hotel or AirBnb?
Yes of course. Please allow one business day for delivery.
