Description
This Jeprox dried fish is from a variety of fish known as “Smelt”. Smelt is smaller in size compared to other fishes and is not as “meaty” as it seems. We take Smelt fish and slice them in half, then salt and dry them before packing it in an air-tight seal. It’s a Filipino delicacy that is extremely crispy when fried and packed with an immense flavor! We recommend frying it in oil until golden brown or it starts to curl, then remove it and place on a paper towel. We also recommend serving it with spiced vinegar or soy sauce, alongside some rice.
